Close Your Homary Account

You can submit a request for us to permanently close your Homary account and delete your data.

Once your account is closed, you’ll be unable to access all products and services associated with your account within all devices (including PC, mobile and App).

For example: account information, wishlist, comment, coupon,subscription, order history, return and refund.

Before closing your account, please do not hesitate to contact us. We don’t want to see you go, and will make every effort to solve any problems you may encounter.

What you need to know about closing your account:

When you submit the request to close your account, our customer service will contact you within 48 hours via e-mail to confirm the reason for closing, the historical order and after-sales record information of your current account.You are required to respond within 5 days to complete the verification process.

Generally, it takes 30 working days to close an account from the date we received the request. However, if you have ongoing orders before submitting your request, we recommend that you close your account after the order is completed.

If there is no problem, and there is no unfinished history of orders and after-sales records, we will permanently close your account and data within 30 working days. Please be advised that Homary is legally required or entitled to retain some types of information.

Please note that account closure is a permanent action, and once your account is closed, it will no longer be available to you and can not restore. If you decide later to start ordering from us again, or if you would like to use our products and services that require an account, you need to create a new account.

Email marketing: If you agree to receive, we will send you marketing communications via email to keep you informed of our latest products, promotions and other information which you might be interest to.

According to applicable laws, if you have purchased a product from us and have not unsubscribed, we will send you marketing communications via email continuously.

You can stop receiving direct marketing message from us at any time through clicking here or contacting us at service@homary.com. To stop direct marketing messages, you can also click the “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email you receive from us. Once you request, we will update your profile to ensure that you do not receive any further marketing message.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to process your request and update our systems. Note that if you request to stop receive direct marketing message, we will continue to send you administrative and service communications (such as order updates and other important or transactional information).

Please note that you use multiple name or e-mail address when communicating with Homary or using the site of App, you may continue to receive communications with any names or email addresses not specified in your opt-out request.

Are children allowed to use Homary?

We respect children’s privacy. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian.
